     HST understands that customer satisfaction depends entirely on the level of dependable support our Clients expect and require. Though most problems can be resolved quickly by telephone, modem, or by the web when on-site service is necessary it is available - and our on-site response times are also second-to-none. HST routinely advises and assists our clients with many of today's challenging issues such as disaster recovery, security mechanisms, encryption, authentication, access controls, firewalls, etc.

Knowledgeable customer service personnel are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as part of our annual maintenance agreement and standard after-hours emergency support. To insure that support calls and requests are handled 100% of the time, we've developed the finest software support automation system. Client Services will regularly communicate with each client, updating them on open item status, resolution and summary information.

      

HST also maintains a Research and Development staff focused with new technologies and products. Under our annual software maintenance agreement, software updates are periodically provided to our customers to ensure that their systems remain state-of-the-art. Many of our software enhancements come from listening to our customers requests and needs.

      Our Technical Support Department oversees every aspect of system integration and implementation and can provide support for your entire system. Some of the services include network planning and design, site planning and disaster recovery planning. HST understands the critical relationship between software and the hardware it runs on. Our Technical Support staff are experienced in the areas of network design/administration, LAN/WAN configurations, fat-client and thin-client configurations, wireless pen-based options and web solutions.
